For its 75th anniversary, this medical association wanted to produce a book in print and digital. Volunteer editors had already commissioned pieces; my role was to take the project from manuscript to printing and delivery. This involved setting up licensing and LCCN/ISBNs, designing pages, deploying a style guide, completing substantive edits across 41 chapters, creating figures, and generating print and ebook files. Timeline: four months.
